Meet Chelsea

Hi I'm Chelsea Breit, personal stylist and owner of The Bright Look.

I'm a Northern California local girl, wife for 15  years and counting to my Midwest husband, and mom of 2 boys. I strive to follow Jesus and love others well. I'm an extrovert and love people. Some of my favorite things are organizing, polishing my nails, playing with makeup, singing, dancing, getting dressed up, warm weather, sunflowers, being outside, family bike rides, ice cream and spending time with friends & family. My personal style is classic with a romantic twist, mixed with the latest trends. Every day I'm inspired with new ideas from Instagram, new fashion trends and others around me. I often find a must have item to add to my wardrobe on Amazon!

While working for Nordstrom, I was a personal stylist where I had fun playing with clothes, accessories, and makeup to create complete looks for my clients. Nordstrom is still my favorite place to shop. I started working in the beauty world in 2002 and have worked for a handful of cosmetic brands, in addition to doing wedding and special occasion makeup. My years of experience and passion for fashion, beauty and helping women led me to start The Bright Look. As a Wardrobe and Beauty Personal Stylist I help style women from head to toe and teach them how to look and feel great in what they wear. It brings me joy seeing them light up when they feel confident looking in the mirror. 

 Since starting The Bright Look, I began working as an independant stylist with Nordstrom. I love partnering with them to create a fun and seemless shopping experience for my clients. I also started using Beautycounter, a clean and safe beauty brand, in 2017. After loving their products and becoming passionate about sharing clean beauty, I decided with work with them directly in February 2020 to make switching to clean beauty even easier for my clients. 

You will find me wearing lipstick at school drop off and sharing style tips with other moms. I also love sharing my insights on fashion and beauty styling in person with various women’s groups. I believe no matter what stage of life you are in, it is important to take time to take care of yourself and feel good in what you wear! I look forward to meeting with you and helping you express your beauty from the inside out with confidence.
